PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Learn From Your Mistakes:If your great idea is a flop, don’t let that stop you from learning from your mistakes and trying again. After all, Thomas Edison didn’t invent the electric light in one try.

STRESS MANAGEMENT TIP

Be more assertive.
Don’t take a backseat in your own life.
Deal with problems head on, doing your best to anticipate and prevent them.
If you’ve got an exam to study for and your chatty roommate just got home,
say up front that you only have five minutes to talk.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Manage your time better.
Poor time management can cause a lot of stress.
When you’re stretched too thin and running behind,
it’s hard to stay calm and focused.
But if you plan ahead and make sure you don’t overextend yourself,
you can alter the amount of stress you’re under.

NUTRITION TIP FOR TODAY

Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants.
They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier.
They are also low in calories and help to keep your calorie count low.

PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Use The ABCDE Method Continually:Assign a A,B,C,D or E to each task based on it’s importance. Prioritize tasks under each letter by setting a numerical sequence. Follow the Letter – Number combination. Never pick a B activity when A is yet undone. Never pick a C activity when B is yet to be done … so on and so forth.
